Why cant i sign in beta 9Dragons?

in Open Beta Discussion
When i try to sign up for beta on it Europe version i click on the stuff where i have to fill name and stuff but when i click it nothin happends, I jsut cant write anything on the sign up :/

    i think you have to register on the acclaim site......
