New Starwars !!

I am hearing that there might be a New Starwars Galaxies in the working...is this true..If so what about my other Account...what do I do Just thro all of my Starwars stuff that I have Collected ...in the Trash...what a Joke.and a waste of money..

    A waste for them to upgrade the game? well yeah I can see that especially after they killed off thier player base and now they want to recapture the magic.....

    Of course, that's assuming that SOE is the company developing the rumored game.  Pardon me if this sounds like SOE-bashing (it's not, honest), but if I were in charge of Lucasearts, in light of the market performance of SWG, I'd be looking for another developer

    how can they make SWG2... same planets? same world? sameprofessions?

    unless they put it in a different time line put common jedi (before or after original trilogy) and keet SWG jediless remove ALL jedi

    (give chance to transfer jedi acounts to SWG2) keep the SWG world pure.

    then its ok.... bring back pre-cu and make new jedi populated SWG2 thats me vote.

      If they put it during the KOTOR days it would be a bit different.

    at least the mass jedi presence would be acceptable and new races posibilities... (mandalorians) new armours same planets but different setting (things change in 3k years) new villains alderan still exists.!! whoot.

    Isnt the BioWare in the works of making a MMO and its a quite about what it is? If so I would like to hope its them making the new Star Wars MMO.

    I resently saw all Star Wars movies and it saddend me knowing that the MMO sucks, the Star Wars world is a very adventurous place.

      I think the only thing that I liked about SWG was making an obese wookie. ahhh Chewtabacco you were the best BETA character I ever made.

    The starwars franchise could be handled on another way than the ultimate imperial versus rebel battles. Focus on the smugglers instead!

    All we have is rumors.  BioWare is making an MMO but no one knows more than that.  I'd think that they'd be the obvious choice for a second go at a Star Wars game.  SWG should have been WoW (in terms of popularity) and it wasn't.  If anyone can make that happen it'd be Bioware.
