    Just a note on this:

    Make sure that you are registered at their community site.  I am NOT talking about being registered for their beta...these are 2 different things.  You will need to be registered at the link that I gave in that message.

    I would highly recommend that anyone unsure of this tries to register to make sure that they get an error that their e-mail is already in the system image

    The list went to NPCube last night.  I don't know if they work on the weekends there - but I would expect notice today through Monday.

    Still no word from them yet and I'm starting to loose hope for hearing anything today, it's 7:15pm their time already. ::::16::

    Anyone else hear anything yet?

    They probably have 16 day holidays like some, so they will more then likely be in tomorrow.  I'm sure all will hear something this week, or I hope you do.  Although I'm not one who got into beta, but keep us all posted.

    All DaL beta acceptance is dependent on the processing of their NDA, it is still closed beta. One is not even supposed to admit being in the beta.

    From DaL:
    Non-Disclosure Agreement
    For those of you new to actual beta testing, you must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the beta test. This is due to the legal restraints imposed by the NDA. An NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is a legal agreement you as a tester have to sign in order to participate in the beta test, and by signing it you agree not to disclose any information about your status as a tester or anything to do with the game itself, unless given permission by the devs. On the more serious note, an NDA is in place so incase you do something to seriously damage the game and/or it's development, the developers have a right to press charges against you. Sounds fun 'eh?

    Beta Length / # of Stages
    There are expected to be around 6 stages to this beta test, each about 1 month long. Read farther down for release date.

    what NDA?? I haven't signed an NDA..........yet.

    We simply won a contest on this great site ( mmorpg.com in case you forgot ::::34:: ) and are wondering the status of our prize. Once the prize has been awarded, handed over, resolved what have you , then an NDA will have been signed and any talk of the beta will cease and decist.

    On another note, I have been in many betas and not one NDA has stated that you can't admit to being in said beta only that you can't discuss anything that you see, hear or do while involved in the beta up until the point that the NDA is lifted. But I guess DnL's NDA could be different, I won't know until they send the info our way and I agree to it ::::02::

    EDIT: Ok so DnL is the first that you cannot disclose that you are a tester for. You were right, I was wrong and when I DO sign the NDA I won't say a word about it.

    ADMIN: Is there anyway you can verify the status of our prizes?
