    runescape is the only graphical browser based mmorpg

    there are a slew of text games

    http://nomad.tdzk.com is a text game that really feels like a 2D mmorpg.

    If you think Runescape is the only graphical web based rpg then as I suspected you don't know much about games :)

      You have to be more specific than browser based mmorpg, there's a ton of those.  There's only a few graphical ones however, and they all suck.



    It's better be hated for who you are, than loved for who you aren't.

    well it's not...but Runescape is (sadly) the best web browser game available.

    I wasn't talking about those top down graphical browser based MUDs where you move 1 space and the page refreshes.

    I did'nt think those even counted.

    Only IE, graphical, pirate-ish, blablabllba. Its actually a quite good game. If you like such.
