    Although considering my fond memories of Role Playing club in college, the aluminium foil covered cardboard armor and swords were kinda lame.

    well for being plastic bits and a bathrobe he did a very good job at it.

       Having some skill in movie/theatrical effects I could make a similar costume and I would charge around the same amount for it.
