I hear and read on www.archlordgame.com that ArchLord is now in BETA! Pre orderd my copy as well from GAME and I'm told i will have it by the weekend! Cant wait, will be the ArchLord no doubt! mwahahaha

    Dont get your hopes up, people have already played the none english versions and yet they were very disapointed in it. Its a Korean mmorpg Yes it super grind, Yes has very good grafix. Thats all you can really hope for at the moment, but i really do hope you like it sence so many gamers have been disapointed in games.

    I might just add Korean mmorpgs will probbly never end there grindfest, sence the majority of the korean comunitys want super long grinds and borring repeditive gameplay so that they (well i call it brag) but in there comunity its probbly more honorible.

    I almost ordered it but then I saw that it was developed by Koreans! :0)
    For me that is almost a swear word when it comes to MMORPGS.

    This game looks good , but like u said its probly going to be a grind. It allso seems exactly like RF online is u look at what the point of the game is i mean 3 races competing to be the top race lets be serouse!

    i think i will hold off on preorder for now. every korean game that gets translated has peole buzzing around here about how its going to be such an awesome game, then 3 days after play is opened to the masses everyone hates it and 95% of the people quit. someday they will come out with a gem though im sure

    Damn... I honestly thought it was western. Codemasters is going down a dark path, just porting every game that the koreans like and crossing their fingers that it translates to the western world.

     LOL for all you youngins who don't know better. An Asian translation that is in a Western BETA phase is a finished product.  All they do is tweak it, test translation, and test new servers.  All asian games have pretty much no character creation to be proud of or enough content to be called games even.  You see an asian product you run, run like the wind. If you happen to pre order an asian product, cancel it.  Why some genius would pre order a game before even trying the open beta that is soon to follow is beyond me.

    It's better be hated for who you are, than loved for who you aren't.

    do u imagine p2p grind based game ported from korea as it is and gived to us - players ?
    somebody would have to be insane to pay for such crap
    codemasters had it's hard days with RFo - luckily there was huge worldwide community for this title
    so it could be ported w/o big changes - bad that [b]grind[/b]  wasn't cut even a lil bit
    i'm curious how it will look like in archlord

    say no to archlord... it's not the grind, or whichever of the gameplay really. it's how they set i t up with the only certain custom gendered classes. hate it

    If you signed up on the website before, you could of gotten in with phase 1 closed beta, and phase 2 fileplanet beta.

    Got into the Beta via FilePlanet and took a few moments break from my WoW'in and EVE'in to check it out.

    Yep, only took a few moments.  That a company would even bother to release a game that looks this poor in today's market is insulting to us eye-candy lovers.

    Didn't even bother to test the gameplay, saw all that I needed in less than 5 minutes.

    POS is being generous IMO.
