Free MMO's SUCK!

Though I have played LOTS of free mmo's, I have not played any that I have actually liked. Here's a list of a few that I have played:
Conquer: Interface is very outdated, the 2d graphics are good but not the 3d. The game gets boring fast.
Deicide: Very buggy, graphics are okay for a free game, gameplay is bad.
Eudemons: Too much like Conquer.
Endless Online: Graphics are bad, so is the game.
Hero Online: Get's boring very fast. Confusing for newbies and graphics are bad (but decent for a free game).
Maple Story: Very fun for the first week, then it gets very repetetive and boring.
Myth War: Lasted me about 3 minutes or so.
Rubies of Eventide: Zones take way too long to load, graphics are terrible on the creatures but decent everywhere else.
Runescape: OMG this game sucks. It is just one big grind. The gameplay, sound, community, graphics, and everything else is horrible.
Silkroad Online: Excellent graphics but the game is really boring. A nice skill selection but really that's all there is to it. Fight monsters, get a new skill, and LAG!
I'm trying to get Knight Online to work but it's not! If anyone can name me ONE good free game that is decent and is NOT mentioned on this list please tell me. Thanks!

The Universal: slow gameplay, illogical controls, poor camera, graphics are poor but acceptable

The rpbolem is that they shouldn't suck THAT bad. There is no excuse for many of those games to be as bad as they are is probably my gripe with the f2p.
It's better be hated for who you are, than loved for who you aren't.

Just some suggestions, not garuarnteeing you'll like them.
Flyff: A game that has good 3D anime graphics where you can also fly on a board or broom at level 20.

Ragnarok Online: Not quite 3D but the graphics come close to it. Good gameplay, classes etc. Lasts a long time.

Risk Your Life2: A game that is kinda like WoW though its free. Very good gameplay and graphics (3D). I am playing it now and hooked on it lol.

The basic premise of the game is very cool and its skill system and jobs are executed well. I wish the developers would man up and take silkroad from slopper to proper.

they are all shit but even many for which u have to pay
either you pay for a good game or you play on freeshard servers, thats it. the whole free games or games with ingame shops are just fast food games, fast made to make fast money and people forget them fast.
i have more the feeling that many players are not anymore into "playing", they just look for new games, new graphics etc and consume it like a chewing gum, means they split it out soon and take the next.
this is really a problem to have always the desire to consume the latest games, especially when they are free the consume time is much lower.
maybe some should think about this fast food theory

I personally like Knight Online. Its a free mmo and has the best and most fun pvp ive ever seen in any game.

PLEASE SOE MAKE A CLASSIC EQ SERVER. Shadow of luclin was a prick in EQs side. PoP Was a gun to the face.

Both RYL:POTE and RYL1 are f2p now too. POTE is only free until next patch (which could be a while) or maybe after patch sometime depending on server population numbers. RYL1 is free forever (or not, who knows the future?) because it's a private server(s). Both are all about the really good pvp in the game, but that's about all there is to either one of them.
In POTE, most everthing depends on making parties with others. It takes roughly 2-3 months of hard, solid lvling with a good party to obtain a lvl high enough to be of use in pvp. Only other things to do are repetitive run here, kill this quests or spend all ur resources on upgrading ur final gears because POTE is more gear-based than lvl-based. Trying to upgrade ur gears will strain ur sanity at times, so beware of the blacksmith! Not getting into the details, there are many things that need to be fixed with this game before it deserves much attention.
RYL1 on the private server is at 20-25x boosted xp rate for both servers. You can reach top lvl in a matter of days solo if u want to. Only problem with that is a lot of times ur lvl is way ahead of ur gear and skills, but with the boosted xp, only ur final gear is important. This game is pretty good as-is, little bugs and all. Because of it being free and having boosted xp, u can play around with any char (either side), any build u want without wasting lots of time. PVP is great on these servers, everyone has top lvl and it's more skill-based than gear-based. Solo or with raiding parties, u can pvp ur hearts out. Lots of good things going for this game.

If u want to try something u can get into pretty quick, try RYL1. If u want to lvl grind for a long time to get to the good stuff, try POTE.

I just went to check it out and according to the mainsite, the free to play aspect should be closing in January 07. Or somethin.
the first expiration date on ao free was 2005 now it`s 2007 they will move it again coz it`s a good way to get ppl to try the game then if they get hoocked they buy the expansion
