Aus release of SWG

There is allready a thread about this by me but i just have to know. Will lucasarts release the game in aus? Can an australian play on american servers? What would the lag be like for an over seas cabler? Why does Lucasarts hate australia?

PLZ somebody reply and help me i really want to get into this game!

I'm almost positive that if you find a company that will import the game for you that you can buy and play the American version of the game in Australia, I know this is how Europeans were doing it in the beginning
( not sure if it's been released there yet or not EDIT: I see from the post above me that it has been released in Europe )

You should be able to connect to North American servers without issue. As for the lag, well, I'm sure you will notice some, I can't tell you exactly how bad it would be though.

I know this wasn't as much help or as definite an answer that you were looking for but it's all I can tell you

    One more thing.

Would there be a problem with currency monthly subscriptioin payments?

You'd have to use a major credit card to subscribe to the game. They will most likely bill your card for the monthly fee in US Currency then your CC company will probally apply whatever the current exchange rate is to your charge. Of course, this is only an assumption but seems the most logical to me.

Alternatively, you could try and see if you can have game time cards imported to you from where ever you get the game from, keep in mind though that you will be paying a higher monthly rate for the game once all is said and done, due to the shipping and import charges.
