Question about video on page

Doesn't the video on the page look like the characters are all cell shaded?

But when I look at the screenshots, they don't have that look. I wonder if they've changed the graphics to cell shading and just haven't posted any screenshots of that version? Or perhaps they started off with cell shading and moved away from it?
