I recently started playing Silkroad, and I thought I'd just post here to say how good it is

Yeah definately ONE OF the best free MMO's out there, but not THE best.

Still, great game.

Best MMOs - RuneScape and WoW
Crappiest MMOs - Hero Online, SWG, DDO
MMO's played - RS, WoW, GW, EVE, AO, PlanetSide, Jumpgate, Face of Mankind, MapleStory, SO, Liniege 1 & 2, City of Villains, Flyff, Realm Online, SWG, Seed, Sims Online, City of Heroes.

98% of the teenage population does or has tried smoking pot. If you're one of the 2% who hasn't, copy & paste this in your signature.

    Surely Silkroad is a pretty good game, I like its easiness and its world.

    If it is not the best free MMO, the which is??

    Anawiel don't you know this is the great Shrip10  for him the best free MMORPG is RuneScape. Just go over his topics and posts his sole existence on mmorpg.com is to preach how good is RuneScape and how theres no point to play anything else all you need is just RuneScape. wach this :D

    IF you yourself go through my posts also, you will realise that I'm not in fact trying to 'preach' how good RS is, and to suggest that nothing else is worth playing compared to RS.   All I' ve been trying to do is cut down on the amount of flaming it has been recieving, and to my own surprise, it has worked.

    im not flaming RuneScape i like it and play it i can swear that in some of your post you sad that its better than GW, DAoC and some other games wich is not tru. RuneScape i a great game but there are alot of free mmorpgs wich are much better i some areas than RS and worse in others. I like that RS has so many things to do and if a game like Silkroad or Flyff had them too theyll even be much more better than RS.

    City of Heroes (same with Villains)

    Flyff (still play occasionally)

    Star Wars galaxies (I played this for a while ((before RS)), it's a good game but I got bored eventually)

    Realm Online (nah)

    Seed (crap)

    and Sims Online. (crapp)

    I'm NOT, repeat NOT lying, I have played all of these and picked RS as my favorite.   It was a hard decision, but I stand with it as I believe I chose right.   And NONE of you are going to change anything by simply flaming me for it.

    Theres atleast 7 games in the once you named that are much better than RS

    But it is he's opinnion and he sticks to it,i would say RS is crap and GW and SRO are far better games but that is again my opinnion
