Yo, opeth, I've got a few things. I'm 14 and, I've found that if you try to like keep accountability with a friend it'll help you to stop. Like, find a friend, and try to talk to each other every day like over the phone and ask if you've done stuff, and just try to keep each other in check.
Then, along with accountability partners, it seriously helps if you have a girlfriend. I mean, if you're tempted to do it, think, would you do that in front of your girlfriend? It helps you to not do it.
:S What's wrong with it? Jeez you make it sound like a drug addiction or something... Actually, I swear i've seen that exact first paragraph on another forum I go on about self-harm (dont judge, you know nothing about me -_-) lol... What is wrong with him watching porn or whatever else?
And I think most guys have done that infront of their girlfriend for one reason or another at some point - so the second paragraph is kinda stupid...
