Theers a post already about this. You cant add your own files to the jukebox plus ccp could ban you for doing so as its against there rules. Just downblaod winamp or use windows media player or somethign in the background instead and trun the ingame jukebox off. You could also tune into http://www.eve-radio.com for competitions and good music and djs and also eve ralated chat. ingame join the eve radio chat channel to socilise with other eve radio listeners. you will find the channel listed in the chat channel lists.

It is possible to add music (think it needs to be ogg format) BUT there are 2 problems.
    1. To do so you need to modify a game, you need to insert the new songs into the playlist which happens to be a part of another file. So you need special tools to do it.
    2. To modify a game file like you need to is against the EULA, doing so can get you banned (however unlikely it might be that they ever found out you did it).

Taking the 2 points above into consideration it's just easier to turn off the internal player and run another like winamp in the background. Add global hotkeys and you can even control it from within the game.

Not a problem ::::02::In the game's alpha, EVE's jukebox had the ability to play out of game user files, even streaming music. However, CCP was notified that they would have to pay various licensing fees and royalties to publish this functionality (mp3 license, some previous patent too I think for an in-game jukebox). At the time, CCP had no where near the financial resources to do this, so they cut down the music player's capabilities so that it could only play music from the game's own content files. After release, someone figured out how the in-game jukebox accesses its files and made a tool to make it easy for anyone to add their own music to the playlist. It wasn't long before CCP determined that this tool was against the EULA as it has to modify the client's files to work. I'm not sure if any actual bans were given as a result, but most people decided to play it safe. Additionally, with the fact that EVE's audio system is not that great anyway nor is the jukebox functionality itself, it was always a better idea to run your favorite music player in the background and just alt-tab between the programs. With the Dragon code update in August, the playlist tool no longer works as CCP added more security to the client to protect against modifications. In the future, it is possible CCP may consider giving the jukebox its functionality back, given their large success since release.
