    Spam? I've recieved one e-mail regarding the pre-ordering of the game. Last I checked every MMO company sends out e-mails/newsletters concerning pre-orders and special deals for purchasing the game.

    To the OP; the game is in closed beta (of course) so unless you recieved an e-mail with an invite and I assume download instructions for the game, I'm guessing you won't be able to download the client until then. As for the poll, the game is P2P. You will have to pay for the download upon release and there will be a monthly fee of some sort.
