Any good FREE open beta mmorpgs?

    Honestly, if there were a good game with an open beta right now, you wouldn't need to ask - you and everyone else would know about it, possibly months in advance.

    what do u mean by saying "any good ones" ?
    with pretty good graphic: LC, tomorrow starts RAPPELZ, SUN, CABAL , ARCHLORD
    with good content ... LC has high variety of crafting, about other above titles i dont know

    note: there's no title which doesn't consist on grinding

    ps: i have enough of opinions like : sheeesh , next clone of L2 - pplz just don't understand that such graphic is appreciate in countries where such games are developed
    and personally i dont like L2

    they are all quiete similar, when you know one game you know most of the other asia mmorpgs

    This depends on what your definition of good is and what you're looking for in an MMO. Take a look at the game list and go down through the unreleased ones. You'll find a number of them to be in open or closed beta. May take a bit of time but it's worth it if you can find a few games that you enjoy playing. If you leave it up to us to decide for you...

    the "tomorrow starts" refers only to RAPPELZ
    i know nothin about sun (cause i don't like the way that webzen treats players), CABAL - cause it's going to be p2p with monthly fee - and it aint worth that much $, ARCHLORD ... from what i've read on forums i can say similiar thing as about cabal

    mmorpg's are just becoming carbon copies. Grind,quest,grind,quest,grind, the quests are all similar then its pvp that may or may not be balanced.... this is true for P2P and F2P. As far as good mmorpgs go we won't know if there any until the new wave comes out/opens up into betas. Hopefully these new ones will be as new and innovative as they claim.

    Ya mine..soon. Sadly it has GBA zelda graphics but it is supporting a new full 3d game called the awakening online

    You Sir...Are not looking to "beta test" a game, you are just looking for a free to game to play, perhaps you should rename your thread.

    "Best test" typically implies testing and providing feeback to better improve a game...

    I must say beta's are the best places to play. Everything is new, There are not a million people running around with max levels, and uber gear. There are not maps and quest walkthroughs. The games are actually fun, because your not playing by rote, you actually have to discover things. If I had the time, I'd be professional beta tester. Shame all the big games now make you win contests for spots.

    O.o, He was saying, any free/open beta, he just didnt put a slash because most people *slaps head retardedly* have the common sense to get it.

    This game isn't in open, and I don't know if it will be free, but if you're looking for something to look forward to.

    Cabals going to be P2P OMG that game acted like it was the fastest most intence game ever and it wasnt that much it should really be F2P

    Cabal online seems to be very cool, considering the combat which is mostly different from other mmorpgs

    image from what i read Spellborne and Phantasy Star Universe Do not seem to be like all the other MMO at all so hold your tongue. Plus so what if their all the same you have 2 choices quit your wnineing bitching and complaneing and go find something else to do OR shut it and play the games because dispite them all being the same they are still fun.
