Ok i've been thinking about new classes Anet could add.
Bard:
the bard would be mix between the elementalist and the mesmer. Most of the spells would be to protect your Allies and confuse or blind your enemys.
the spells would be like fog to make it so your enemy can't see, earthquake, flood, lighting storm, Blinding sun and lots more.

I think it's not good idea, it's just too similar to already have classes
The PvP eve. made that very clear with some skills... And based on the Skill page of Nightfall at the website of GW.

Nope I think the players want 'new' classes that can make a huge difference ingame. Like the new 2 classes most likely will break the tactic of builds.
I think the nightfall classes are gonna be very good i'm so exited i don't care about assasin and ritualist so much,sorry this was maybe a little off topic :P
The class structure in GW is losely based on EQ. A good deal of the people at NCSoft are former EQ devs. While the bard in EQ did have several 'charm' skills, it was a melee class rather than a caster. It was also there for group support, many songs buffed the entire group, giving them immunity to disease for example.
While everything in EQ doesn't translate directly into GW and dual-class aspect leads to much more diversity you can see the structure behind it. The OPs suggestion for a new class is interesting, it has some bard aspects, but in GW the niche traditionally filled by the bard is where you'll find the paragon. A secondary melee fighter with 'shouts' for group buffing rather than songs.
The anti-touch skill is long overdue. To bad all the bunny thumpers already took the good MC Hammer reference names.
Martial Artists

Skill in empty hands combat (both offensive and self-defensive skills)
Skill in defensive weapon combat (i.e. nuncha, long stick, short double stick..etc)
Good against melee fighters
Inventors
======
Invent all kinds of offensive gargets or defensive gargets
loud mouth - (taunt, if taunt success, force a subject to change target)
loud mouth - (dare or double dare - health or energy gain if self did not get hit in a period of time)
