Fulfulling your life

What do you believe would be the most fulfulling thing to do with your life?

Whether it's having lots of sex, to walking the Earth in search of adventure, to submiting to a higher power- if you were on your deathbed now looking back, what would u wish you'd have done with your life?

    To get rid of all obligations. If i had a secure home, transportation, friends, no depts, and free to spend my life undisturbed by anyone in any seat of power. Living somewhat by myself.

    To completely give up on others expectations of me and to live up to my own expectations.  I get so tired of people putting pressure on me to be something I'm not.  I don't do that to others, and it pisses me off that others do that to me.  And I'm talking about everything from personal to institutional pressures.  It's so friggin' stifling.

    Hmm... there are lots of things. One of them that's really up there on the list is to build a hobbit hole/Earthship for myself. They are just so cool  I think if I were able to undertake a project like that... well, I could do pretty much anything.

    Mine would be to suck up my fears and go out and walk the earth looking for adventure. And by walk the earth, I mean hitchiking across the continent, hopping on a ship to somewhere and generally getting through all that by social interaction, good deeds and labor. But if I did that, I'd probobally die at the age of 24.

       I'd become more outgoing, and talk with the people that I wish were my friends. Oh, and I'd learn to play one of the metal drum things. You know, the tropical-sounding kind. Those things rock!

    I'd like to help make my community better and tighter.  I'd like to help take away some of the obstacles to youth in my community and make opertunities for them.  I'd like to help those who lost their way by helping them in finding a way out of their situation.  I'd like to show people that their is power inside them and that fear is the only thing that holds them back.

As in, you need to kill an animal ( like a deer ) in order to survive because it's what you eat for food. Do NOT going out and around shooting every furry or feathered creature just because you can. Ass holes. -.- Im sure you wouldn't like being shot because some hunter could just for the pure joy of it, now would you? Didn't think so.

       Uh... Wouldn't that be, like, Communism, or something? I don't know, didn't study it...

       I do agree with most of the other things, though. I just really don't want Hilary Clinton to be president, since she's, you know, kind of a bitch. I do think a woman could do a good job as President, just... not her. She'd probably go on some anti-gaming tirade and just piss me off.

       The other things, though, I agree with.

    I don't want you to think that I'm picking a fight, but I found that really funny   I do agree with all of your points, but it's tough to judge.... what one person could see as "open-minded," another could see as "close-minded," and vice versa. (Which sounds like a stupid argument, but it applies to topics like abortion, religion, etc.)

    After reading your wishes, my "I want to built a house out of tires in the ground!" statement seems very selfish. I guess I don't want to change the world, just be a hermit

    An earthship isn't a selfish thing! You're giving back to mother earth by building and living in one. Living in a wold withought greed, selfishness and cruelty would be nice and all- but conflict is important in life.

    You can't control other people's behavior, there will always be others that wrong you, but what you can control is your own attitude and actions in response to theirs. Utopia sounds like a wonderful thing, but it seems to take away a lot of responsibility from the individual to decide how to be.

    Besides, I think a fulfilling life would need a lot of challeng & conflict in it, which our current world provides just great :)

    Have a child and raise him/her with the same values my father and mother instilled in me and see that child make those values special to them in their own way.

    Not that I want a child right now, don't think I could handle that but one day for sure. It's about the only thing I feel ever need to fullfil the wonderful life I've already been given.
