Simple. Have registered users (every three months?) get a survey. They are asked to enter the MMORPG games they have played. After that have them sort the games from best to worst.
Create another ranking based on those responses. Only games that recieve a certain level of responses are compared. Others get just a weighted score....

Something with e-mails...
Something like a weekly game review could be included in the message.
