    On specific servers, not all servers have PvP

    Most servers have PvP, just not in a form hardcore PvP'rs consider PvP. You can duel anyone (provided they have the option turned on) but it's bad form to harass them if they refuse. You can also go to the arena's.

    It's not real PvP. Real PvP would be open with at least limited item loot.
