No Beta email but am Downloading it now =)

Just thought I would through this out there for anyone else that has signed up for the closed beta. I went to the main site and clicked on the lost your password link and logged into to support section and after that I clicked over on the downloads link and it brought me to the NDA well I thought weird since it wouldnt let me b4 well I accepted it and wolla started to DL the client. Also JUST made an other account for the hell of it and it is capable of DLing it also. Again just letting it be known =)

    If you just go buy the pre-order, you can sign up for a beta account now. It's completely open.

     

    And go orc. I tried human and dorf.. and I like the orc best. I'm already lvl 12 and 88% to 13. I went warrior... cuz I like to shmack stuff

    I know that but I live in an area that has no major gamesotres closest 1 is Best Buy which is around 80 miles from me. Was just messing around and found a way in to DL the client.

    Ohh... yeah, you can just DL the client.. dunno if you'll be able to start a toon though

    I'd go crazy having client and not be able to to do anything image

    Yeah that is true I hope I will be able to create a toon also.If not Ill be banging my head against the wall for DLing it for 5 hours.

    dang man, are you using a broadband connection? if not, I'd kinda discourage trying to play it then because it is all online ya know.. it would be very laggy for you.. you could try cutting down the detail to about... -2 to maybe move 5 steps

    5 hours is a long time.. took me about 1 and 1/2 on a 1.2m/256 dsl connection..

    I am on a 512 Kbs cable connection highest and only broadband option that I got in this area. I was in Dallas last week and was able to connect at the hotel on their highspeed which rated at a 2.9 Mb/s Iwas about to stay there just for the connection lol =)

    Well ok.. I just thought it seemed like an awfully long  time for any broadband.. but I remembered the DL is about a gig I'm a tard

    Sorry to say but I was unable to find a way in needed to get a serial number image but fortunately I started work today and I had to drive right buy a gamestop and the clerk there GAVE me a preorder disk so now I have a serial and got it downloaded already image

    Well, I just got accepted into closed beta yesterday....even though I didn't think they were still accepting people.  I'd say open beta is coming up very fast since this game is going to come out relatively soon image

    They're flooding the server with people to stress test it atm.

    yeah, there's hellalot of people on now playing... pretty laggy in towns cuz people keep NOT listening to the GM's about the private store titles..and people just drop their stuff EVERYwhere.. which they're saying not to do
