Turbine complaints

Has anyone got a response after sending email to their complaint address? I have been waiting almost 2 weeks to hear back. It appears I can post on the forums and I can see them when I am logged in, yet if I log out and search for my post I don't see them. I know I haven't been a Turbine fanboi, but shouldn't I have been informed if they wanted to silence me? Or are they hoping I wouldn't notice. Have any other critics suffered the same fate? Also where is the best place to spread word of this cowardly censoring. I know DDO can't get much worse press but I refuse to be muzzled without being told why or even that I have been. I can't even send PMS within their forums. I need to find a way to either contact them or at least spread the word so they can't do this to others. Thanks in advance.

    I finally did hear back from Turbine. Apparently it is their policy to silence criticism by this cowardly tactic. Rather than engage in actual discussion, they simply make it so your posts only appear when you are logged in, so you won't even notice this for sometime. Sadly, they aren't capable of dealing with the game issues in a reasonable manner. So just in case there are any people who wonder why you never get a reply, you may have overstepped Turbine's very limited amount of feedback. Anyone know a other froums to spread the word of this on. I doubt I am the only victim of this cowardly practice.

    OMFG ...This sounds just like the kind of BS you can expect from turdbine.  Silence the complaints so no one knows what’s really going on.  Reminds me of when they removed the population counter from the login screen so you wouldn’t notice how few people were really online.
