in MapleStory

Lets admit it.  GMs do nothing but hang around all day summoning rogs for fun.

AND EVERYONE KNOWS IT.
I can find at least 8 hackers in Stairway to the Sky I right now, and at least 30 in the maps of Florina Beach.

Anyone else think the GM community should start banning some ppl?

    Trust me, I know for a fact that the GMs are active in Scania. Whiny Hydrange had her harrasser banned, 2 of my friends hacking characters got banned.  They might seem inactive, but they aren't, it's only because they don't make the bans like the [Notice] '"IAmHaktor"  has been banned for hacking.' anymore.  That AND the people that harrass them for stuff. Last event I went to I only asked about which areas were going to be version exclusive.  The GMs do NOT like being bugged.

    GMs are very busy as it is. They have to sort out 1000s of reports every day. Imagine having to sort out a hacker every 5 seconds. Hard innit?

    On the other side, I go to Hidden Streets and I always see hackers (I loot from them...I get scrolls and equips). There should be a team of dedicated GMs to browse these maps every day at random times to catch people out.

    imageIn this few days the GM just stay there and download some sexual stuff making the whole server lag.And i saw 2 hacker using god and speed hack...then when i report 1 of them hacking and the GM just sit there do nth...image

    How the hell do you know the GM's are just sitting there?  Hackers don't get banned the SECOND you report them. image

    I put the  hacker in my blacklist and i actully waited for him 2 get bann

    my friend was actully rushing maple lvl and he dint even c any1 getting ban..so i suspect that gm is doing nth but watch (unknown things)

    Xerion has a great point here. GMs have to sort out 1000s of reports every day

    It can be a very boring job because many noobs report people for picking up one of their Snail Shells.

    balldrop...not everyone like you is into sexual stuff. GMs use their power in a mature way

    i agreen with u man...the gms dont do nothing for stop hackers...u can report than like 1week and the gms dont do nothing

    All of you that think GM's do nothing are morons. Have you ever thought about what they do other than banning people? I mean c'mon. If my job was to ban people then that would the most easiest job in the world. GM's can't ban without PROOF. For example, I can just report one of you for hacking when you aren't hacking. It's a false report just to get someone banned. Game Masters need mpre then just a report on a hacker, They need proof. They need to see them hacking. Also you can't expect the whole company to be on hacker duty. They are planning new things for you. You want new maps, new quests , new items don't you? Well then that's what they are doing. You can probably expect more Game Masters online soon.

    Well, i play this alot and i noticed this..

    Hackers are in loads, and i mean it, their are like 10 in every stage i go.

    Now i see notices going [Notice] xXxghostyxXx is banned.

    Their are like 15 of those in a post, i say go gms for now.

    I think the GM's on Scania do a very good job, i mean they banned very ppl that i know they hax, but on Windia i see a lot of hax, even more then Scania and the GM's not do anything. And how u pretend one person be banished by 4  or 10 Reports for hax, they must be have a limit of reports for every person, like 100? but i think they do a nice work

    Most of you must not understand the job of being a game master(GM). Their job is not to just ban hackers. Calling them lazy is the dumbest thing I've heard. A job like this requires more work. They summon rogs is because they have breaks here and there to have some fun with the community. There is other work to be done than just ban hackers. More hackers come in everyday. If you just right click and report, that would'nt be enough proof to get yourself banned from the network. I can just right click report someone right now just for nothing. You think they would get banned because I did that? They have to watch players while being invisible. If they are visible, most players would spam them with questions and they wouldn't be able to get their job done. It's not as simple as click and ban.
