    Probebly some kid that found the source data for WoW..

    The next thing he is going to do is tweak the settings and replace some of the sprites with others off the internet, most likely things from half life mods etc.

    EDIT: ok i just saw the part of all your ideas. It just seems like WoW but with a few tweaks with other ideas from other games. well, i dunno, might turn out pretty cool

    If you're gonna make it better than WoW get rid of the classes, classes are old and boring. Add a skill system instead.

    Just a few suggestions...


    In the houses section, instead of going to jail have it set so you and other nearby can kill them, and they drop all of their items in their bag (but not on thier body... who wants to touch a dead guy ::::07::)

    With the races, a bit more variety would be awesome, maybe instead of "humans" put "Humanoid", then you can add things like halfling, amazonians, etc etc under the same tree, do the same sorta thing for orcs too.

    Also think about how you aproach the level aspect, maybe instead of having a level 120, break it up into seperate things, such as Character level, Skill level etc.

    Making an MMORPG, meaning client, server, game logic, etc, without content; no problem.

    HOSTING an MMORPG..... do you have about $10,000 just laying around to cover one day of beta testing?

    That's assuming that you're going for the full 3,000+ players concurrently on a single server with multiple servers. If you're going for 500 to 1500 players at once, on only one server, $10,000 should keep you running for a couple of years.

    Come on guys! If he wants to make a game then of course he can. He can do anything a normal person can do. Just because he's mentally retarded doesn't mean that you have to treat him any different than a normal human being. Yes, he might drool a lot and have a superhuman craving for Swiss Miss Pudding Cups, but in the end he isn't handicapped....he's handi-CAPABLE.
