Wild Blue

Hello I was wondering if anyone knows how wild blue is with a mmorpg. I live far out of town but I like to play mmorpgs but my situation is there are no cable or dsl providers that would be able to service me out here and there are no plans to update the phone lines in the future. I currently play city of villains on aol dial up but soon my sattelite provider is offering wild blue internet which will be availaible to me in this area. There is supposed to be latency I would like to know if I could play past the latency would it kill me would it be really anoying has anyone ever played on wild blue sattelite internet? I played WoW for awile and my latency number was always in the 700 range if I remember correctly would wild blue be worse? I would like to know if I could use ventrillo or anything how would the latency work if i clicked super jump would it jump like two seconds later and then i land wait 2 seconds jump again in city of villains? Thanks I hope someone has used sattelite internet and can help me out.

    Stick with dial-up.

Do you have any reasons why like experiences with wild blue or anything?

I have one friend who lives in an area like you do and, although not perfect, he is quite happy being able to get something much faster than dial up.  He's also a gamer and doesn't seem to have too many problems when we play together.  He mentioned it was about $50 a month but I have no idea if there are any other charges attached.  I think you might actually have to buy the equipment, which could be a bit dear.  I'd ask him but he's on holiday.  There might be a time commitment, too, so I would try and find someone in your area for an opinion before you spend too much.
