Yet another filter the games list to help me choose topic

Ok I've played MMO's since just after Kunark in EQ.  Over the last few years I have come to realize (finally hehe) the things I like in MMO's.  So tell me if there is a game out there that has all these things.

Flying - free form, anywhere and where ever I choose.

No zones (preferably)

Housing - somewhere to call my own

unlimited skills - they can be level or skill based but basically I can choose whatever I want to learn.

Quests - I like quests, not the kill x deliver y, but story based, purpose driven quests.  Or a way like in Ryzom to make quests, a.k.a. the ring

All of these things were in Horizons except the quests, the only good quest in that game was the right of passage.  Too bad too, it had everything else.

So any ideas?

    Try Second Life.  You can fly, bring in your own custom content, own a house, own a club, own a shop, basically look however you want.  I've even seen action worlds/clubs as well as roleplaying ones.  It's a socializing game.  I never paid so I couldn't play the people's action and roleplaying worlds.  I'm not recommending, only suggesting.  Otherwise play Asheron's Call.

    Ok there are 2 game that i suggest you play judging by what you like:


    Flyff: Loads to do, you can fly on a board or broom etc. There are job
    classes and a exceptional skill stream. Good mmo to enjoy.

    Shadowbane: One of the most exciting mmo's ive played yet, loads of
    things to do awesome graphics, skill stream amazing and classes there
    are just to many.

    City of heroes/villians...?

    Theirs zones *large ones tho* but you can fly, and their is a nice array of skills to choose from that define your character. Housing....erm not so much, their are guild outpost/base like things but thats for pvp. Theirs also dance clubs.

    And the quest i found were entertaining, you pick a quest giver and all of his quest are usually connected in some way, or lead up to a serious zone wide type of threat.

    You may not like the idea of superheros tho...honestly i didnt at first either, but its a refreshing change of pace, and its not as dumb as it sounds =)
