But this 2nd game I loved with FPS type thing that totaly got ruined on updates..
I bet if you asked everyone one thing they say NC2 goes back in beta and becomes pop again or they offer a free NC1 server or even I say paid would have success.

That should give you a hint as to how balanced the game is.
And don't expect the "balancing" suggestions to improve things. giving monks a reticle makes a minimul difference to the balance anyway... making them have the [b]FASTEST[/b] closing reticle makes it almost pointless.
As for the suggestions for other classes....

The game needs 5 or 6 balance changes, not the whole system (which is mostly balanced... other than the 5 or 6 points that need addressing) ripping out.
What KK [b]should[/b] be doing:
1. Add warm up time to stealth (click, wait 5 - 10 seconds, stealth takes effect). this would allow stealth to be used for spying / espionage... but not an instant LE mid combat.
2. Remove the +DEX and increase the -PSI on PE PA. this would mean people would have to sacrifice defence to use high TL guns, and they would also sacrifice DB in combat (thus making them more balanced. slasher / exec / FL / Xbow + DB is an imbalance. And thats coming from one of the more well known PE's on the server)
3. Reduce the effect of PPUs in combat. Personally i couldn't care less if PPUs were invulnerable, as long as they didnt ruin the rest of the game. how to do this should be tested on [b]public[/b] test servers. We have seen KK's testing... when they added ammo for the Genotoxic pistol they claimed to test it. When the ammo was placed in a gun the gun was deleted. [b]How can you test the ammo and not notice this?![/b]
4. Adjust heal rates. The TL10 heal needs a slight nerf and the TL 3 heal needs to be boosted back to how it was (without the low health = more heal if you like. That may have been an unwanted effect by KK but at least it happened to [b]all classes[/b])
5. Remove para. The majority of the community has been asking for this for 4 years now. It removes skill from combat and simply sucks. I could give countless reasons for it but just search for "para" on the NC forums to see them... they have been mentioned enough times.
6. Hacknet. Hacknet ruined op wars completely. The fact that an entire op war all comes down to one person in hacknet is moronic. The first fix that comes to mind would be to make the 4 hacks workable in HN [b]or[/b] at the OP. of course this would require hacknet inside an op to become harder.
Other than that its just syncs / fatals / warping into other chars / items warping into other items / login bugs / etc that need fixing.
I have little hope that the netcode or engine will be replaced... this would be a damn good thing to do however it would be neither cheap nor quick.
Of course there's also the fact that the game is what... a year or two into retail... and is still only stocked in a few shops in a few countries in Europe. Fix the game and release it in the US.

That has been the only game I really enjoyed that much. No other game has given me that much fun. I miss the good old times, but still, I might join back to see how it's doing today. NC1 was just awesome, plaza1 was overcrowded, awesome wars....
Maybe some company would make a NC3 with good gfx and sounds, and buggless. Is that too much?
Those have to be some of the most bland graphics I've ever seen. Better get some better screenshots with all graphics on high, 'cause if those screenshots are any indicator, even AOs graphics blow it out of the water.
It's an old modified Genesis3D engine iirc (though only on interiors, not exteriors)
It's old and outdated engine-wise.
No one will buy out NC... why would Sony buy a game with an awful rep, small player base, old engine and horrible netcode?

They would do far better if they just made a new game.
The sad thing is 10T bought out some belgian next gen engine... but the manhours to convert Neocron onto this engine is far to large to be resonable.
The game will slowly lose players until something better comes along. FoMK could have done it (but didn't due to an awful combat system), PS could have done it (but didn't due to a massively over-simplified combat system), and there will be many more games that come close.
It's not a matter of "if"... it's a matter of "when".
I think "Huxley" will be kinda like NC, at least I hope so. But the thing that keeps those few people still play NC is the gameplay and pvp.
From the more recent move Huxley looks more like Planetside than Neocron.
