Zeltrice Empires - Under Development

I am please to announce that Zeltrice Empires, a FREE 2D RPG, is under development. Over 350 maps have been created, and over 75 NPC types, plus many sprites (characters). More maps are underway, along with more monsters. Some monsters have been set into the game to spawn at certain rates, drop certain weapons from 1 in every 75 of that monster (for example), and their strengths, speeds, etc. Magic is being worked on, and quests too! Weapons and armor have been made, but have not yet been given statistics in order for characters to wear them and what protection they give, etc.
