Can anyone log into L2 today.?

After the patch upgrade yesterday I cant log into the game and L2 site seems to be down..?

 

Or have I been banned from US version also,  as I have been banned from Korea version a week ago..

 

They seems to ban every foregin player,  I live in Europe so maybe they banned me from US version.?

EDIT:  I have found the problem,  They have banned my ISP Provider called Bredbands Bolaget,  so all that plays L2 from Sweden and using this provider cant play, !!!!

wounder what I have done to deserv this !
