Here, I want to share with you my stories of playing the game.
I was born in the city of Athens. I am now 47 years old. 20 years of sailing on the sea makes me wealthy. Years of management establishes my fame. Years of doing business makes me sophisticated. But I am tired of this kind of life. I am tired of bargaining with the shop owner in the market place, loading and unloading goods at the dock and sailing from one port to another to sell goods for a living. I am tired of dealing with the dignitaries, flattering them, and greasing them. I am got tired of the life pattern now I am leading, which makes me lose all the passion and dream on sea I used to have when I was young.
One night when I was standing by the seaside alone, I made an important decision that had changed my future life. I want to end my current dull life and trade everything I have for a free life. I am willing to throw all the worldly things away. I wanted to find my passion back.
I have decided to change my life, but I havent decided where to go and what to do. Fortunately, there is no career division and I can become what I want to be in the game. The initial ability of every players are the same, players can level up their characters ability according to their hobby. This means that I can be an explorer, a warrior, a farmer, a logger, a miner, a tailor, a doctor and so on. My future is in my own hand
However, I was a little bit confused about these careers. I dont know which one suit me best.
Warrior is a good choice; they are good at shooting, sword skills, falchion skills, fighting skillsanything connected with battles and fights. But sometimes, they seem to be a little bit thickheaded to me because it seems that the only thing they know is fighting.
Everyone knows that we cant go without resources and equipment, which must be produced by workers. So, to become a farmer, a logger, a miner, and a fisher is also a good idea. But, you know, I get tired of hard work, so the career of this kind doesnt suit me either.
I like the life of the explorers which include many exiting discoveries, sight seeing and treasure hunting. But most of the findings will finally be in the possession of the dignitaries and aristocracy because we have to make our findings proved. What we will get is just a small amount of money. I dont want to have any connection with them any more. I am sick of them.
Here is the last choice, the pirate. It will not be a good choice for most people. But, to me, the life of pirate includes fighting, exploring and navigation. An exciting life, isnt it? Being a pirate, I am free to do anything I want. There is no need for me to deal with the dignitary; there is not need for me to be bothered with money and shop keepers; and there is no need for me to sail between cities. I can realize my romantic dream of sailing around the world. This is the life I am pursuing, a free life without restriction and confinement.
So just at that night, I decided to leave everything I have and go to the sea for navigation. I summoned my sailors, made my decision announced and prepared enough provision for this long voyage. After that, I embarked on my ship and sailed for my dream and new life.
