Xiah details?

So has anyone tried this new eastern game, Xiah? Seems like it's free to play, no? I looked at the MMORPG.com infos and then the official website, but aside from killing random mobbys with martial arts moves, there hasn't been info on anything really. I was hoping someone might know more - unless of course that's all there is to this game. There's no info whatsoever on quests, instancing, PvP, crafting, housing, travel, exploration, skills, professions, classes, etc etc...

    I tried it way long ago, it was okay, the skills are definently fun and combat feels somewhat exciting. I didnt play long but from what I saw thats basically what the games about, questing + grinding. Their isnt any instancing/housing i dont think...maybe somewhat tradeskills. I personally liked it at the time, its free so give it a shot and see if you enjoy it =)

      The game is pretty lame after a while.  Standard grindfest you can expect from an asian mmorpg. The graphics aren't that great either. Worst is the gameworld. The maps are pretty much rectangles and squares of various sizes filled with mobs.  Lack of polish, there's much better grindfests out there thats for sure.


    It's better be hated for who you are, than loved for who you aren't.

    If you want some free martial arts like, try out Hero Online. Pretty good for a F2P game.

    I couldn't get the game to launch, no matter what browser I used (opera, IE, FF). I assume it was one of my spyware blocking programs (spybot, spyware doctor etc) that was blocking the game from launching properly. I sent a message to their support but never heard back. Meh...

    You double click the icon on your desktop, it takes you to a site, and then you hit Start Game on that page. I never got past that section....I thought it was a pretty stupid way to launch the game

    You're better off playing another F2P game. This one just made me sad. image
