Account Management is down??

Is something wrong with the servers?  EVE is on a 24+hr downtime for some major hardware upgrades so I figured I'd reactivate and mess around with DDO for a bit but I can't even log into the account management website to reactivate....  What gives?

    I think there system is having issues.  I cancelled over 3 months ago, and was billed today by them for my old 2 accounts.  I sent them off a message earlier but havent gotten a reply.  Gonna block there charges at the bank :) they got 6 months of cash from me that was enough.

    Account management was working fine as of about an hour ago.
