Irth Online: Happy Anniversary!!! The best game in the known universe!!!!

Has it been a year already?  It's so hard to believe Irth is one year old.  And to think, all those detractors said that it wouldn't last this long.  I guess Irth showed them.  Irth is a huge success.  Billions of fans and growing.  It gets better every day.  By the second anniversary, they'll be down to only 400,000 bugs.

I think they will finally award that Alienware computer to some lucky winner of the Alienware contest.  They must have turned a profit by now, so they can finally afford to buy one.

Next, they'll finally spend some money to take some programming courses.  Then, maybe the programmers will release a game that works.

Congrats on such a fine job.  Keep it up.

The only part i remember from that game is the character creation screen > walking around in a town > getting killed by a naked new player(?) > client crash.

I remember making a character.  Trying to walk, but did so like a retarded sloth due to its movement system and uninstalled it.

Irth online has coders???

Last I heard they only had 1...whos greatest achievment before Irth Online was making a private server software for Ultima Online that was maybe the third popular of its time untill the same devs that made irth online managed to piss off all their user base to the point no one was willing to use their free software anymore.

I think like 40 total. Read the articles, the game went to beta while in a half finished state and when it wasn't ready for beta.

After reading through that.  The game is of good quality for only 2 months of development.

I remember logging into this game during the beta lol.

I made a character (yucky customization) and as my character appeared in the center of town, 3 mobs kill it before I could move. After the death I appeared god knows where out in the wilderness with no clue where I was.

I went to the beta forum and told them what happened and a GM or whatever said to try again but make sure I was pressing the run key when I logged in. lol........needless to say I never bothered to log in again. My radicle idea was...take the mobs out of the center of town maybe? I'm an idiot, what do I know?

I read www.gankedlies.com and that guy claims that Irth Online is loaded with players and money.  You can't just shut down the greatest game in the known universe so abruptly.
