Direct2Drive: NeverWinter Nights 2

Has anyone purchased Neverwinter Nights 2 via Direct2Drive? I was thinking about buying it that way, but I read somewhere about a few issues that people have encountered in NWN2 when it was purchased from Direct2Drive. Can anyone confirm if they had any issues at all downloading, installing, or playing the game from Direct2Drive?

I will greatly appreciate it

I always use D2D and brought like 20 games from there always been fast downloads at the max rate of my line (800kbs) and the games work great just like froma shop.

Only thing is im from Europe and have to get someone from north america to activate my game sometimes when they say *north america only* now it seems its they track IP or credit card or sumthing cus it wont let me buy them

Well I wouldn't recomend the game but that's not what you asked. The NWN2 portal over at warcry reported Wednesday night that there was a slew of people who couldn't patch the game to get the DM tool set, the problem was server side and taken care of almost immediately and all D2D accounts experience the issue were credited $10.00.

Everything seems fine now, so I don't think you need to worry about the download.
