Got a quick question. In PSU are there lobbies like PSO I and II? And if so, canu do the photon chair stuff and is there that sega soccer thing at the top lobby where with balls the shape of diff sega chars? Just curious, cuz those were fun.

    Yes there are lobbies (technically different city areas / colony levels).   I don't have a clue as to the rest of your question as I never played PSO, but I haven't seen anything like that in PSU yet.
