A Request for a Non-Grinding MMO ( Preferably RPG )

Probably it has been asked before but I can't seen to get Search Function work with Forum Topics =/

I am creating this topic because I don't have time for playing hardcore so I want something faster and with less boring things like Leveling Up taking more than 4-5 months and Farming Systems where you just grind , grind , grind...

I want to be able to create another characters with different stat / skill builds and take less than 2 month to level it up the Max Level.
I want to start playing and get right into the action , find party easily with a Good Party System that rewards players that Party , Good Raid Boss System with Advanced AI Monsters , Good Guild / PVP / War System , etc...
Good Quest System ( not those Like kill X Mobs , Take X items , Talk with every npc then return to Y NPC ), another important thing is having a Fast and Cheap Transport ( Teleport / Mount / Flying ) so we don't have to walk for hours to get to a dungeon , having a good HP/MP Regen System would be good too because it is just lame that we pay to play a game where we need to sit for 8 minutes to recover your HP / MP and of course if possible have good PVP System.
And the last important thing is that it would be good if it had a system where the Best Player ( Skill / Intelligence ) are really the Best and not those who play more time ( 20 Hours/D FTW).


So here is my question :

Is there any MMO Game that is good besides WoW and GW that meets these characteristics?
I don't want those F2P because they are the grindfest / bugfest / out-game shop fest... So I am looking for one that is P2P. I don't like Private Servers too...

Shadowbane would probably meet your requirements, it's free as well, the only downside is there aren't as many people in it as more...  Could still find a guild and have fun though.  Get PLed to lvl 75 in about a day and then just log on and find a fight from there.
