I own a pizza shop

Hundreds of thousands have enjoyed my pizza for years. Sure, other pizza shops have good pizza too, but my pizza used a special sauce and special cheese mix that no one could ever duplicate.  For some reason, I decided to change my sauce and go with Ragu because everyone eats Ragu.  I changed my cheese also.  People kept asking "why change the pizza it was so good?".  I said sure but I want to appeal to everyone, so I permanently went with the new sauce and cheese.

Over the next few months, I noticed my pizza shop wasn't so busy.  The lunch and dinner crowds died down.  Over time people began demanding the old pizza.  I said no we will stay with the new sauce and cheese no matter what.

A year later, my business was dying.  I was losing customers every day.  I don't know how long I can keep my pizza shop open.  They wanted the old pizza back.  I said no way, the old pizza is not coming back, right?

OF COURSE NOT, I WENT BACK TO THE OLD PIZZA!!!!  What do you think I am an idiot?

             but what if you are a half witted pizza chef who does not care about your business because you are busy buying tire shops and candy stores.

    well put 

    one idea here  the thing we may be missing is the new game format nge  and interface soo they can intergrade it in with there ps3???  maybe its the pc crowd they do not want  veterans 

    the fact is the old format was to much for  there ps3 is incapable of the format which means pc will always be over and better than any game box  sry gamebox players

    god i hope other pc games dont follow if soo  can imagine trying to compete against a 13 year old with a joystick

    like get a free game  nge swg order your ps3 today live the failure epic

    I can understand why they won't abandon the NGE. If I put that much money and resources into it I wouldn't either.

    There is no reason however why they can't have classic servers.  Many games have them.  They could easily double their current playerbase.  If you have two huge groups that have different playstyles, you need to accomodate them.  Otherwise, you are only hitting half of your audience.  There's no excuse for a Star Wars game to have such a low subscription rate except for a crappy game, and that's what we now have.

    They can't -- it sucks but they just can't.   Investments, saving face, business investments, Hell -- budgets... there is no way this is worth fixing now.

    It's just not.   Sad but true.

    Well, if you were funded and driven by the Mafia to continue to promote and stick with your crap pizza, and you hired a couple of managers who originally developed this pizza in conjunction with the Mafia, and they owned the rights to this pizza...

    Well, you can all figure out who Il Famiglia is in this case.  Not that it would absolve you, the pizza shop owner... because the pizza would stil be crap if you didn't go back to the old pizza.
