Can't log in - utility out of date?

Hey can someone help me out, it says my utility is out of date and it tried the 220 version but still same message.

    um your patche utility is saying its out of date? when you installed the new patcher did u uninstall your old one? i have not heard much about this type of problem, but i cannot be certine... try posting in the errors and crashes on the RV forums..

    Pherhaps if you post in the technical help section of the fourms, the devs will be able to trouble shoot it somemore with you.

    Try uninstalling RV, then manualy delete the RedBedlam folder from programfiles on your hardrive. and then install just the patcher setup 220.

    make sure al your temporary files for the old patcher are also deleted.
