Happen to be a free trial or anything?

I've been wanting to give this game a shot, but i heard it has it's ups and downs, and i wanted to see if there was a trial before playing. I've played WoW, which is really the only other game i've subscribed to. But, any free trials or anything for this game by any chance? Thanks

Hmm, $29.99? Not so sure, $29.98 on the other hand i'd definately go for

But, MMO's tend to give the first month free, but i might check it out, $30 isn't so steep. Only trouble is i'm probably going to need a credit card, i tend to use game cards instead. Sure that's no problem though. Anyway, that's the only way then, eh?

Well, when people buy the Vana'diel Collection 06/07 it comes witha buddy pass. bascially the buddy pass is a pass with codes for a friend to make an account on Playonline and FFXI and try the game for 30 days free, but only FFXI.. none of the expansions. I happen to have one more pass on me, i got two when i bought it for some reason hehe. anyway... reply here if you want the buddy pass codes and ill message em to you. A good place i suggest starting is on Fenrir, ive had to buy world passes for several new people and maybe itll be easier to make friends from here and in game. Itll take the stress off making new friends and such.

Any more free trials available out there? I've played many MMOs (SWG,
EVE, WoW, L2, Ryzom, even SEED!) and have always been a FF fan and have
been itching to try before purchasing.

yeah im planning on getting this game also i got it last year but i only level to 9 so im going to give it another go
