Dark and Light just charged me again!!!

I pre ordered this game. It was so horrible i cancelled my pre order and got my refund in feb 06.

I deleted the game and have never thought about this piece of junk since.

Now, today november 16, 2006. they charged me $69.98 for the game!!! What kind of scam is this????

    Yup, like I said in the other thread, they tried to charge me 10 Euros. Looks like they woke up today and found they didn't have much pocket change.

    Its them trying to scam some money now that they are broke, after that thing you can't really even call a game floping.

    Yup me too.  I emailed Click and Buy to ask for a refund and to cancel any sort of fake subscription they think I have but I haven't heard back yet.

    Send Click and Buy an e-mail saying you will include them as co-defendants if you have to sue DnL to get your money back. Bet they'll get back to you alot quicker::::02::

    I just noticed this happened to me also.  I sent a email to both Dark and Light and click and pay.  I never even played this after reading how bad it was from others.  I paid 39 bucks but never subscribed or downloaded it.

    Man I thought his nightmare was over.



    I didn't bother to process a refund, I actually felt sorry for them
    because they were so incompetent, I figured they REALLY needed the 60
    bucks (plus I did fly my dragon)



    Anyway I just started the process of denying the charges and will drop
    a note to Elliot Spitzer's office in NY (where click and buy is
    located) to let him know of their fraudulent activities.

    Must be a last ditch attempt by Fartlan to get some capital out of this deal. They  are the #1 company on my list as far as BALLS are concerned! I've never seen a group of people so eager or so evil as to try to charge thier past patrons multiple times in order to make a quick buck! WHAT THE HELL!!! I'm I that Naive or is society getting that bad???image

    Played Wow, D and L, AOC, GW, Eve, Rift and many more insignificant games.

    Bastards tried to rip me off of 10 bucks USD.  As soon as ClickandBuy sent me the E-Mail, I canceled my debit card before they could charge it (try getting money outta that Bitches!).

    Charged me on November 16'th as well.  God dammed conartists!image

    I used to be naive too. But NPCube/Farlan helped a lot in my case to cure me.

    I am done with Farlan.

    Like so many other misled fools I was a pioneer, but cancelled my preorder in January and also got my money back.

    And last night I check my CC statement and find a reservation charge of 59€ on my account. I find this higly strange since I removed all details on my C&B account in reference to farlan.

    I have contacted my bank to block the transaction indicating it was fraud. Now the best part is this, the bank asked me who it was from and I said Farlan Entertainment. And they said I was not the first and thus made no problems in blocking this transaction.

    I sooo hope Farlan will treat legal action against me, but I guess they won't since they are clearly on their last draw of breath by hoping to suck out some money before disapearing into the sunset.

    What a hopeless case. Here I hoped that small companies would have some hope... But with Faraln leading the way, I'm afraid that small companies will have a harder time than ever trying to make the grade.

    They tried to pull this crap on me back in June.

    I check my account (which was refunded and cancelled in like February), and I have a $59 charge from CnB. So I call click and buy to tell them they charged my account, and they said that wasn't possible, because my account was closed.

    So, I told them I was going to report them for fraud, and they refunded my money that day.

    I personally think Farlan is grasping at straws, hoping that at least some of the people they charge won't notice. They have to be so in debt right now it's not funny. And the fact that Click and Buy is going along with this crap means they are either oblivious, are scammers themselves. Either way, Farlan and Click and Buy should be shut down.

    I would say, if you have an issue with CnB, call them. The email thing didn't work for me. But when you get them on the phone and call them on their screwups, you'll get refunded a hell of a lot sooner.

    Yes, I suggest you all cancel the credit cards you used with this company.  That is the only way to truly keep yourselves safe.

    The graphics are horrible, abosultely shit dropping customer service, and the biggest scam ive seen since Runescape.
