Have you seen the new commercial for FFXI

     I could have done a better job. But it's still pretty cool seeing how i don't there there are ANY MMORPG's that have actually done a commercial before.

    I could have done better too.

    First, I would start it off with kool techno music and quick split-second flashes of in-game footage. Then, I would show pictures of the koolest combat scenes (creatures summoned etc.) with really fast-paced punk music. Then I would have that guy who does the kool voiceover on the movie commercials say a bunch of stuff thats so kool it gives you goose-bumps. Then I would show a picture of a little taru-taru that BUSTS OUT SOME REALLY KOOL-ASS MAGIC and kicks this giant monsters ass...And finish with a crescendo of the same techno music. And at the end the Japanese girl would say "Square-Enix" in a poorly pronunciated American voice. Yeah.image

    I saw it. I wonder why they never did it for the PC version...Oh well. It was still cool :-)

    Actually EQ had a few commercials back when I used to play, I believe EQ was the first MMORPG with a commercial.

     


    If its true that when you drop a cat it lands on its feet or if you drop toast it lands butter-side down... what happens if you strap toast to a cats back and drop it?
