EVE game cards?

in EVE Online
I wondering if EVE has game cards available for those of us who can't (or won't) use credit cards. Also I was wonderign if EVE in a box set in stores like EB or Bestbuy. Thanks for the info!

    You can pay by check or money order via their PAY-BY-CASH option on the subscription page.

    CCP bought the publishing rights to EVE back from Simon & Schuster Interactive before they fell off the face of the Earth two years ago. The game has been only available as a free download since.

    As far as activating an account, you can use credit card, an original CD Key (some boxes are still around), or a game time card. A bit of googling will show you where you can find these.
