at first u can only choose female or male and a class between war and mage. the one with the wings is not out yet. but after lv 15 u can choose ur hair style and the picture beside ur name. if u want to stand out, u can buy some special dress to make urself different from other players.

Yes unfortunatly there really isn't much customization, which i find to be quite disappointing. But they make up for that with interesting and extremely fun and addictive play.
