I think the scariest part about dying, is knowing that your GOING to die.  For example, your working on a telephone/radio tower and the thing starts to fall, you know your gone.  Stuff like that.

If it was unexpected, then before you can get scared your already dead. (e.g. car crash, getting shot in the head/heart)

That's odd, I'd actually be the opposite. Knowing that your going to die gives you a chance to appreciate/pray/have an epiphany or whatever in those last moments. Just all of a sudden withought notice would kinda let me down.

Death is inevitable and unavoidable, no point being afraid of something you cant esacape.

How do I want to die?

Licked to death by the Pussycat Dolls would be my preferred method

There's a fine line between being okay with the thought that you could die at any time, and actually wanting to die...no, I'm not scared of dying....it's funny how the only sure thing about life is that you won't make it out alive.

Your argument is like a two legged dog with an eating disorder...weak and unbalanced.

Let me rephrase.  Staring death right in the face would scare me image

This all brings to mind something my Dad printed off teh interweb back a long time ago:

"When I die I want to go peacefully in my sleep like my grandpa,

Not screaming like the people in his car..."

By the way this was posted on the wall of the family business which my grandpa owns.

I'm not scared of death, but how I die is more of the thing. Like I don't want to get a headshot when I'm taking a dump in the bathroom. As long as I die happy is when I will not be afraid of it. I'm not afraid of death, but I'm not going anywhere either.

I can't really say if I'm scared to die or not. Never been in a situation where its been close, until then, I can't say. Due to my religious beliefs, I'm either going into an eternal void or some variation of hell, so I'm not really looking forward to it either way.

Worst way to die, hmm. I read about some king or other who got a red hot poker shoved up his ass until he died. That would probably take a while, and the pain wouldn't stop, even when the torturers take breaks.

Best way to die............ hmm, Spontaneous Combustion. Go out in a literal blaze of glory.

I don't fear death.  I do fear having my skin peeled off, then being cut off inches at a time till I finally die from pain shock.  Yeah, I don't wanna go like that.  I also fear getting hurt bad enough to crush my spinal cord and leave me paralyzed from the neck down.  I feel for people like that.

Why would you be scared of the only thing thats certain to happen?

Get over it already. Everbody dies. I look forward to a nice long sleep.
