Is there something wrong with the latest patch?

They are rebooting the server again after a few minutes due to severe lag. Should be fine by noon eastern time, too many people trying to log on at the same time.

    It's called:
Game having to delete umpteen berjillion bookmarks as users log in because they didn't delete their bookmarks ahead of time like CCP asked them to.

So are CCP actively deleting people's BMs without their consent?

If so, my account is inactive atm so will mine have been deleted, and if not then will they get deleted when i reactivate it?

You've got me concerned now, i had some important stuff in there...

Only the travel bookmarks are being deleted, meaning those with in 25 km of stations and stargates.

So that basically means any form of instaBMs then?

It's quite a smart move actually, as the important BMs to asteroid belts still remain. And the journey back to the station/stargate is covered by the warp to 0km. And also i'm now pointing out the obvious as i'm very tired. :)

Glad to hear i shouldn't have lost anything important.

    Dude
Read the friggen patch notes for a change:
All BM's within 25km of a Celestial object (warpable objects like stations, gates, planets, etc) are being deleted.  Anything further than 25km remain.

And... actually... the script they used seemed to miss about 30% of my bookmarks that fall in that category... not sure why.  I cleaned those out myself.
