What MMORPG would you suggest ?

I'm looking in trying a new MMORPG that isn't dull, repetitive and original !

I played RO for almost 3 years now, i liked games Rising Force, WoW.

I tried SilkRoad Online, maple story, trickster online, but they ain'T very good to me. Although, SilkRoad had some potential.

i keep hearing about EVE online, is it that great ?

Base on all that what would people suggest me to try ?

    Try both EVEonline and Saga of Ryzom.

    I don't 'get' EVEonline personally. but maybe you will.

    Very subjective best MMO list:
    Saga of Ryzom, Anarchy Online, Lineage 2, WoW

    you can try EvE for 14 days for free. so give it a shot. as wiht the prior poster i didnt get it either.

    for a MMO there was very little intteraction between players.

     each and every mission i did in my 2 days playing consisted of talk to NPC A. fly to NPC B by stopping at station 1,3,6and 17(taking 10 minutes) talk to NPC B, he sends you to NPC C where you have to go thru stations 3,17,87 and 182768764. that took 15 minutes. then NPC C sends me back to NPC A where it takes another 15 minutes to get back there.

    i'm a huge sci-fi nut and love space related sci-fi the most. I only enjoyed this game slightly more than archlord. so thats not really giving eve a thumbs up.

    guildwars would be worth a try.  though theres good reason to hate it for some people.


    I find it amazing that by 2020 first world countries will be competing to get immigrants.

    Try them all. Almost all have a free trial. Check out the game list, fine the links to the game sites, and start adventuring.

    Like the previous two posters, lol, I didn't quite get EVE too. And I wanted to love it really bad. I liked it, but it was boring compared to the face to face humanoid MMO's. It looks great, and, well it looks great. But as a "massively multiplayer" online universe, I felt lost in space. I was "Major Tom", "floating in a tin can, far above a world"--to quote a song. Sure you can chat, and see other players ships here and there on occasion, but it is nothing like being able to randomly encounter thousands of players every moment and interacting with them with a wave, a flirt, a dance or a gesture.

    Soon the EVE fans will reply about how you have to spend more than 2 weeks in the game, and then the excitement begins. Well, for the monthly fee, I didn't have the faith that would happen.

    Yup grease up your bandwidth and download demos of everything you can get hold of.

    You never know what you might like.

    Checkout the updated sticky game list at the top of this area... there are literally hundreds of games in there.image
