Starcraft the mmorpg

Anyone think this is a possibility I for one heard it from a friend who said that that the starcraft ghost game was canceled then made into the starcraft mmorpg that they are developing. But then again he could be wrong. I for one would think it would be a sweet game to make for a mmo, i can think of some of the classes right now that might work for it. but i'm to lazy to do so. So anyway just want to know what you all think and might also know

SC: Ghost was canned for the 'last-gen' consoles (Cube/PS2/Xbox) as Blizz said by time it came out the next-gen would be in full swing, last time I heard they had yet to comfrim wether the game is on hold for the latest-gen or it's been totally canned..
SC: MMO is not likly to happen anytime soon, WoW is the cash-cow at the moment and dispite the doomsayers predicting it's downfall with the next games, it will still have a desent sized playerbase, and TBH unless they take the wise move and turn it FPS, it'll probly be 'WoW 2', basically WoW with SC skin, as the 'suits' will advise that is more bussness like.. and that will probly only happen once WoW does start to lse money, witch wont be for a while.. Much like I fear with the requests for a 40K version of WAR, EA will probly want 'the quick solution'.
Best to hope for is SC2 to be true, but with Blizzard going 'Bussiness > Gaming' since WoW's success I dought it's going to be as near as good as SC felt at the time
