Password Issue

I had to retrieve my password because I couldn't log-in, and found that the end was cut off. So anyone who had more than 10 symbols for their password before this "revamp" are going to have the same problem. Just thought I'd point that out since I can't be the only one to have a long password.

Where exactly was your password cut off?  In the email sent to you? Our system allows passwords between 4 and 10 characters long.  It shouldn't be possible for any user to have a password longer than 10 characters on the site.

My password was originally 11 characters. I tried logging in and it wouldn't allow me to do so. I requested the password and it gave me 10 characters, with the last character cut off. I tried that and it worked.

There has always been a password cutoff here. If you sign in on the main site you can use more characters, if you singed in from lets say looking at the forums it would cut off.

That's not what I'm saying though. With this revamp the last part of my password was cut off completely. Instead of (for instance) my password being 'spaghetti' the site is telling me and accepting 'spaghett'. It's not a big deal, but I thought I'd throw it out there in case anyone else may come across this same thing.

Ahh ok, Yeah I came across that 2 years ago, but I know what you mean.  I have long ones too.
