When on main screen, whenever news images begin to scroll left, there
is a "corruption" in the text as it is shown on those screenies. It
sort of blinks realy fast, and once the scrolling in area 1 stops,
everything gets back to normal.
Area 1 begins scrolling, area 2 gets visual defects.

smilies, half of the forum visuals start blinking, if I keep moving
cursor over smileys, the forum keeps blinking like Christmass lights.
It stops once the cursor is no longer moving over the smilies. Couldnt
make a screenshot, it always comes out fine for some reason.
