Oblivion esque Sci-Fi

I have been looking around but I have not been able to find any Oblivion like (open world sandbox) type Sci-Fi game.

I was wondering if anyone knows of any. Preferably single player, but MMORPG's okay.

    In MMORPG terms, Anarchy Online sounds like what your looking for. Offline...humm. I hear of this game called Duex...never played it before...don't know much about it. There is KOTOR, but that is just more of an RPG.

    Deus Ex is one of my all time favories, if you want to go even further back in time though, you can also check out system shock, system shock 2.

    Don't forget the upcoming BioShock!
