Genetics of eye colour unlocked

The article says that blue eyes and brown eyes are decided genetically by specifically how much pigmentation the eye receives.  While green eyes are something completely different.  It says an analogy is brown eyes and blue eyes are like turning a light on or off, while green eyes are like putting in a completely different bulb.

My eyes are VERY green.  People comment on them all the time.  So, I wonder what that means about me.  What I mean is I wonder if it means that there is some kind of regional differentiation, like a major change in a group of people that were somewhere in the world when a mutation ocurred.

I have brown eyes. Actually people with brown eyes to a appealing face can beat green eyeed people.

That's cool, I wonder if people who have green eyes interpret colors differently than those with blue or brown eyes..  That would be interesting to find out.

What about people with hazel eyes, and grey eyes?  I wonder if they have the same sort of thing that the green eyes do.

I have shit brown colored eyes. I hate the color, so instead of glasses I wear Sapphire contacts.

But what I really want too do is get the pigment color changed to Pink or Gold.

That would be awsome. XD

  Well, I have pale blue eyes.  Most  people really go crazy over my eyes and cant stop staring and that makes me feel funny sometimes. I wish that my eyes were green because that is my favorite color and I always thought it would be nice to have green eyes,, I do not see many green eyed people even in my line of work where I see dozens and dozens of new faces daily.

I have hazel eyes and they tend to change shades from bluish, to greenish to grey.  People I am around constantly notice although I don't.  I not big into staring at the mirror.  I wonder what causes these changes.

I don't think that your blue eyes make you sensitive to light.  Because I am very sensitive to light too with my green eyes.  I can't stand being out in the sun without sunglasses.  It actually hurts to where I have to look down at the ground and it give me a headache.  And fluorescent lights totally bug me.  My monitor even bugs me if the transition from dark to light happens to fast on the screen.

Do you get migraines?  Because I do and that's what my doc said causes my sensitivity.

me ex says i have bedroom eyes.......ill let you all draw your own conclusions.  btw, theyre brown with blood red streaking through them, so much so that it almost looks like there red.  demon eyes, hehe.  i wish they were bright blue or green though.

I've got green eyes, and like Reavo, get comments about them from time to time...I pretty much have the same color eyes as my mom, my dad has blue eyes and my half sister has brown eyes.
