but it all still comes down to the same thing...the ps3 is still a lot younger than the 360. give the ps3 the same amount of time that the 360 has had and you will see everyting will change. this all happened with ps2/xbox launch, xbox was more powerful etc but the ps2 still won the console war.
yes, granted, the video has changed my opinion on the 360 a bit but i still cannot help feeling that in the long haul, the ps3 will be the winner.
you want us to give the ps3 13 months to compare it to xbox 360 as it is now or then? cause in 13 months, xbox 360 will be 2 years old and its quite possible that there will be brand new tech. out by then. doesnt seem feasable to me. personally, i dont believe that the ps3 will even be able to keep up in the long haul, less units sold (per high price, low standard games equal to or less quality to 360), less games produced because less units sold, blue-ray going extinct, it will, btw, and nothing new and innovative to offer will be the downfall. sorry, but HD graphics arent going to be enough to convince the global market to shell out 2x more money to keep it afloat. ima thinking that Nintendo is going to win this round. smarter business plan, IMO. cheaper to build, make games for, cheaper games, abundance of titles available, abundance of game devs wanting to try new innovative things with the Wiimote and such. more profit for Nintendo to devote to making headway into the next generation of gaming, whatever that may be. remember this same arguement was posed about PSP and DS, look who is coming out on top there. graphics arent everything, clearly. i have a ton of fun with me DS, not so much with me PSP. all i get with PSP is the graphics, the gameplay is the same as me old gameboy advanced. nothing new except that its got great graphics. in fact, i use it more for data storage than for gaming anyway, makes more sense. i have a DS for gaming.
